Because I really don't want to study right now.

Thu Nov 9, 2006, 3:49 PM
(Yoinked from Toots, once again.)

IF YOUR LIFE WAS A MOVIE, WHAT WOULD THE SOUNDTRACK BE?

So, here's how it works:
1. Open your library (iTunes, Winamp, Media Player, iPod, etc)
2. Put it on shuffle
3. Press play
4. For every question, type the song that's playing
5. When you go to a new question, press the next button
6. Don't lie and try to pretend you're cool...

Opening Credits:
"The Gauntlet" by the Dropkick Murphys

Waking Up:
"Leavin' " by the Mad Caddies

First Day At School:
"Let the Cool Goddess Rust Away" by Clap Your Hands Say Yeah

Falling In Love:
"Upon This Tidal Wave of Young Blood" by Clap Your Hands Say Yeah (scary!!)

Fight Song:
"06 (Decaying Artifact)" by Ted Leo and the Pharmacists (not such a fight song.)

Breaking Up:
"Unicorn Waltz", by Deathmole (ha!)

Prom:
"Dancing Barefoot", by U2

Life:
"Red House", by Jimi Hendrix

Mental Breakdown:
"Jack Hinks", by Great Big Sea

Driving:
"Crying Shame", by Jack Johnson

Flashback:
"A Stone Would Cry Out", by Sam Roberts ("the cinematic after-effects
of alcohol / led me to believe / that there's nothing more beautiful /
than a face as it starts to fade / from your memory")

Getting back together:
"Consequence Free", by Great Big Sea

Wedding:
"Harbour Lecou", by Great Big Sea (it's funny, because it's all about adultery.)

Birth of Child:
"I'm Waiting For The Man", by Lou Reed and David Bowie. (Oh, how appropriate.)

Final Battle:
"E-Pro", by Beck. (That's a good one.)

Death Scene:
"You Gotta Fight For Your Right To Party" by the Beastie Boys (So.
Fucking. True.)

Funeral Song:
"John Law", by the Dropkick Murphys. (Hmm.)

End Credits:
"Classical Gas", by Mason Williams (Wicked!)

  • Mood: Cheerful

Unfortunately, I DON'T watch Survivor. Also, Ethan wasn't on Survivor All Stars long enough for me to get an idea of his personality. However, after I met his brother, my friends started researching Ethan... A lot of sources, as you may know, said that you can't know Ethan and not love him. If that is true, it must run in the family. His brother is so sweet. We are actually just kind of distant pen pals. It just seems that he is the type of person that needs to make everyone happy though. So his e-mails always make me smile, BUT, as I said, we are only distant pen pals. I think he only writes me because he has this isatiable need to make people happy. I saw his friend list once when he sent a change of e-mail address. OHHHH MY GOSH! I have never seen a friend list that long. I think he is very popular. I have never met, written to or even spoken to Ethan. I am just kind of distant friends with his brother. But, if Ethan is anything like that, I can understand why everyone says that you can't know him and not love him.

I just got done doing a few fund-raisers for that charity. I never saw him (Ethan) on Survivor. I did see him on Survivor All Stars though. But only because I met his brother. We ( my daughter and I) were just goofing around on DeviantART one day and started plugging in the names of everyone we knew. So we plugged in Ethan's name as well and of course, your drawing came up. I told his (Ethan's) brother to check it out. Hope you don't mind. I know he went to my site but I don't know if he checked your picture out. He didn't say anything about it.

Hey, I was having a bad day and then I saw your message. I'm not really good with shading. Not sure I get that part. I am surprised you still like Ethan after all this time. What do you like about him??

Last try I guess. In the pencil drawing of your son which is absolutely phenominal, can I ask what you did that was different?
:iconladyrosewood:
I just viewed your sketch of Ethan Zohn. Done a long time ago I am assuming. Are you still a fan of his? Or weren't you a fan of his? It is an impressive sketch. :)
